Where are you on the AI adoption ladder?

Big companies have a map for rolling out AI. Small businesses don't, so most owners either avoid it or poke at it and give up. This two-minute check tells you exactly where you are and the one thing standing between you and the next step.

1. How often does AI actually touch your work? Almost never. I've heard the hype but it's not part of my day. Now and then, for a quick task like drafting an email or a caption. Most days. It's a normal part of how I get things done.

2. When AI gives you something back, what do you do with it? I don't really use it, or I don't trust it enough to try. I read every word and fix it myself before I'd ever use it. I've learned what it's good at, so I check the important parts and move on.

3. How much are you running at once? Nothing yet. One thing at a time. I start it, wait, and watch it finish. A few things at once, or the same task across a bunch of items.

4. Does any work happen without you sitting there? No. If I'm not doing it, it's not happening. A little, but only stuff I set up by hand each time. Yes. Some things run in the background and only pull me in when they need a decision.

5. What's the one thing most in your way right now? This one isn't scored. It just helps point you at the right next step. I don't know where to start. I don't trust the output enough to rely on it. I'm spending more time managing AI than it saves me. I know what I want but can't build the system to do it.
